Candidate Information:


On Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 7:00 pm, the Assembly will hold its Annual Meeting and Election to elect three (4) Citizens to the Board of Trustees (BOT).  Three (3) candidates are running for four (4) open seats on the Board of Trustees. 3 of the 4 seats are two-year terms and 1 seat is a one-year term.

All candidates interested in an open BOT seat must complete the following documents:

1. Petition for Candidacy (which includes a completed petition form)

2. Signatures of at least 20 Qualified Citizens*, and

3. A Statement of Purpose

Petition Form – the petition form can be printed and downloaded using the button to the right. Please type and complete the form our fill it out by hand.

Signatures – A valid petition for the Board of Trustees must contain at least twenty (20) Qualified Citizens. Qualified Citizens are (i) at least 18 years of age, (ii) registered with the Assembly as Qualified Voters, and (iii) in good standing with the Assembly.  To be in good standing, a Qualified Voter must be current (within 30 days) in the payment of all applicable Assembly assessments or fines.  Citizens must sign then legibly print their name and King Farm property address above the line. City, state, and zip code are not necessary.

Statement of Purpose – Please write a statement of purpose as to why you would like to run in the BOT election. Feel free to include any qualifications or experience you have. Your statement may be no longer than one 8 ½ X 11 sheet, double-space typed, and must use a font 12 point or larger. Statements of Purpose will be made available to King Farm Citizens and Titleholders and will be included in the King Farm Chronicle prior to the election.

Candidate Forms:

A completed Petition for Candidacy Form (including necessary signatures & statement), must be returned to the Assembly’s office no later than 3:00 pm Wednesday, February 22, 2023. Completed Petitions for Candidacy (with form, signatures, and statement) may be emailed to management@kingfarm.org if the scanned documents are legible.
